My favorite DBS so far!

I think I want to try it with peaches a little bit later in the summer when I can get them from the farmer's market. It sounds amazing! Until then, I was thinking about maybe switching out peaches for avocados and queso fresco for burrata. I think it could be a fun variation until I can get some good peaches! โ˜บ๏ธ

I think I say this every time a new DBS drops but this one is my absolute favorite. Made steak and corn for dinner and took the leftovers to make this salad. SOOOOOO GOOD!!

Outstanding! Eating it now. First time Iโ€™ve made a recipe that I came across on this platform, but it was exactly the sort of thing I wanted to make this time of year! Next time, Iโ€™d consider adding some

Bulgur wheat or similar, but itโ€™s delicious as is.

This recipe sounds absolutely fantasticโ€”it's no wonder it's one of your favorites! The combination of protein-packed steak, fresh summer vegetables, and the delightful creaminess of burrata makes it perfect for warm-weather gatherings. It's also great to hear that it keeps well and can be prepped ahead, making it convenient for dinner parties. The balance between grilling and indoor prep also offers a fun way to cook collaboratively. The feedback from friends and family really speaks to its quality, and it's generous of you to share it freely with your readers.

One detail that stands out is the use of a milk frother to mix the dressingโ€”what a clever tip to ensure it comes out creamy! Additionally, your advice on preventing a soggy salad by properly draining the beans is very practical. The giveaway for the handmade salad bowl adds a lovely touch and connects your readers to local artisans, enhancing the whole cooking and dining experience.

What inspired you to create this specific recipe, and do you have any variations you like to make depending on the season?

Sounds delicious! Have you tried it with grilled peaches?

I actually used nectarines as they are a bit firmer, so they wouldnโ€™t get mushy. I did not grill them, but next time I will try.
