The serving size I based this off of is a quart which is how much I usually eat but it is a pretty big serving so a small bowl would be much less.

I calculated it with 6 servings, subbed breast, half the cheese, sub cottage cheese for mayo and got 564 cal, 48 g protien, 39 g carbs, 25 g fat

Also, I typically omit oils in marinades

I’m too lazy to actually do the math but this surprised me too - I wonder if the avo oil in the marinade throws it off a bit, as all that marinade is likely not actually being consumed

You’re probably right about that. I’ve calculated macros for some other DBS and they’re usually not that much. Not even close lol

I calculated in Chatgpt as I'm using skinless chicken thighs, and it brought it down to around 500cal per serving :)

Just made this vegetarian by marinating extra firm tofu in the marinade and grilled it in a grill pan. Ridiculously delicious. Just found you today and I’m LOVING this concept!
