How are you guys doing? Culinary school is kicking my butt tbh. I love talking to everyone on Substack so much, though. It’s honestly the highlight of my week. Between school, planning my wedding, and still making content, I have not had a ton of time to cook (outside the 7 hours a day of cooking I do, lol). These dense bean salads have been CARRYING my nutrition on their back. This one is so so good with some grilled steak but you can swap chicken or omit if you’re vegetarian.
I also realize I’m not sure how many of you are new here or how long you’ve been following so feel free to ask me anything about my life in the comments if you want to get to know me a bit more! As we head into fall I also have some not “dense bean salad” recipes planned as well which I hope you enjoy.
