Thank you guys all so much for entering. I loved doing this, and I think I’ll make it a monthly reoccurrence.
For this week, I wanted to keep it super simple and easy. I found this marinated feta and olive blend at Whole Foods, and it inspired me for this week’s DBS. I did a rich chocolatey proats for breakfast, and for easy lunches and dinner, I made a simple salmon marinade. Light, veggie-packed, high-protein meals have been making me feel fantastic leading up to summer!
I got all of my groceries at Whole Foods, but some of the biggest feedback that I’ve gotten is not all ingredients are readily available cross country - especially since a ton of you guys are from the Midwest. It’s something I’ll work on! A lot of people have also requested calorie and macro information. I’m torn. I don’t want to trigger people, but I know it’s helpful for people working towards goals. I’m thinking maybe putting it at the bottom, but I want to hear your thoughts! Thank you guys as always and I hope you enjoy!
