Spicy cashew slaw DBS, Basil Chicken Meatballs, Cherry Pistachio Chocolate Yogurt Protein Bark🍒
Hi everyone! I am getting back in a routine after travel and my body has been feeling it. I have found my diet has SUCH a massive impact on my physical and mental health and my body has been in dire need of vegetables and protein. The Parisian diet seems to consist of 90% bread, butter, and wine, and it took a toll.
This week’s meal prep, of course, I had to do a DBS with lots of fresh veggies and cabbage (one of my favorites to get my digestive system right), some snackable chicken meatballs to top off my mac and cheese, and some high protein yogurt bark for an after dinner sweet treat!
A little bit of housekeeping and feedback I’ve gotten. Sometimes people have trouble finding recipes because I send them out as part of meal plans, so I’ve posted all of these recipes individually as well so they’re easily searchable. A lot of people have requested PDF attachments so they can print/download recipes so those are included as well. You guys seem very torn on macros, so I have not included them on the meal plan but if you search the recipes on my home page, macros are included at the bottom of every recipe!
On a personal note: school starts September 9 and I can’t wait to keep you guys updated on everything I learn! In the meantime I hope you enjoy!
