La Scala DBS, Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Oats, and Kiwi Steak marinade (hear me out on this one)
Another week of high-protein meals! To be transparent I have been trying to lose a little bit of weight. In general, I am very happy with how I look. However, I tried on a pair of jean shorts from last summer (do not recommend for mental health reasons), and full disclosure: they were a bit snug. I don’t want to post weight loss journey content on TikTok because I know it can be triggering for some people. But following a high-protein and vegetable-dense diet has worked great and I’ve lost 5 pounds in the past month! This week’s plan follows that: it features the salad I made with Kale Junkie, some delicious oats, and an amazing steak marinade which is going to be on permanent bbq rotation this summer.
