It’s been a minute since I’ve done a new dense bean salad and I was missing them. We just finished up our Mediterranean unit in Culinary School, and I was feeling very inspired. The Bay Area is a very similar climate to the Mediterranean, so California cuisine/produce has a very similar feel. This Steak Italian DBS is fresh and delicious and takes advantage of those amazing flavors. It’s packed with protein and delicious pickley flavor and so so good for weekly meal prep.
I have some delicious meal preppable weeknight recipes in the works for next week’s menu (Vegetarian Eggplant Lasagna, Easy Spinach Goat Cheese Pasta, and a Calabrian Chili Chicken DBS). These will all be professionally shot in my second photoshoot with the Saltwater team, which I’ve been loving! I love hearing all the feedback from you guys and can’t wait to share more!
