Hello, wonderful people! This recipe has been holding me over the past week through school. We just finished our Asia block and are moving on to baking and pastry. Long days in the kitchen are definitely wearing on me and having prepped lunches like this is honestly gamechanging. For any fellow San Francisco people, it’s been so lovely out lately. This is the perfect way to spend a Sunday outside grilling and setting yourself up for the week! It makes about four large servings and is perfect meal prep for the week!
