I initially was not going to post this recipe. I tested it months ago and while delicious, the externalities were… hazardous. But fiber has become THAT GIRL and the people have requested it. So this comes with a warning: This salad is not for the faint of stomach or new relationships. It is extremely gut and hormone healthy and will clean you tf out. You’ll feel like a new woman ✨.

I see people talking about fiber being good for your hormones and health; and while that is true I wanted to provide more specific insight as it becomes trendy. There are two kinds of fiber, soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber basically breaks down and dissolves during digestion, hence the soluble name. This kind helps regulate blood sugar, lower cholesterol, etc. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve and is what helps you with regular bowl movements. Both are good for you in different ways, this salad is packed with lots of insoluble AND soluble fiber. (When you guys see soluble fiber becoming a TikTok trend remember me).
