Grilled Steak Salad with Green Goddess Buttermilk Ranch

A light grilled summer salad with a creamy ranch dressing

I love a big, hearty kale salad. Growing up, I actually hated kale, but salads like this have changed my tune! The trick with kale is to massage it to change its texture and pair it with something acidic like pickled onions to balance the bitterness. This salad is big, bright, and drenched in a creamy mayonnaise-heavy ranch dressing. I love mayonnaise, but if you feel differently, the dressing can also easily swapped with any store-bought dressing.
