There aren’t many GF recipes where I think they’re comparable to gluten. But these shortcakes are genuinely so delicious you wouldn’t know. They’re light, flaky, and delicious. Strawberries are finally in season at the SF farmer’s markets and this is the perfect way to make use of one of those 3 packs. You can swap the strawberries with almost any fruit and they’re also amazing with fresh ricotta. These are going to be on repeat all summer long for me!
