Fudgey Gluten-Free Coffee Chocolate Cake
My go to gluten-free cake recipe for all the celebrations
I graduated Culinary School yesterday!! A more extensive essay is to follow, recapping my thoughts on the whole experience (the good, the bad, and the ugly). But for the next 24 hours I am decompressing and celebrating!!! And what better way to celebrate than with the most decadent fudgey chocolate cake.
Every person I make this cake for is in disbelief that it’s gluten-free. It is impossibly fluffy and truly addictive. This cake is a PROJECT. It’s composed of four elements (cake, ganache, coffe syrup, and frosting) and really should be made the day before an event. But I promise it’s so so worth it. By day 3 in the fridge I’m just going at it with a fork, it’s that good. It pairs perfectly with an espresso martini and is my favorite way to celebrate anyone gluten-free or not. Hope you enjoy!
