Crispy Italian Chicken Salad
Crispy chicken and Italian dressing, perfect on it's own or in a wrap
I hope you guys are having a great weekend! Like many of you, I am a fan of a chicken Caesar wrap. But I feel like they’re the only kind of salad wrap I see. You can eat this as a salad or in a wrap.
This recipe includes an acidic Italian vinaigrette, step-by-step instructions for the crispiest gluten-free chicken cutlets, and a delicious chopped Italian salad. It’s perfect for a weekend lunch with friends and family. I hope you enjoy it!
