Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce made with a variety of herbs, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. It adds both an herby flavor and some acidity which really nicely cuts steak. Traditionally it’s made by very finely chopping herbs and it’s served as a garnish. This recipe is a bit of a cheat as it’s made with a food processor which makes it 10x easier and less time consuming. You can make this in meal prep and keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 10 days!
It’s delicious to marinate steak and fish in and as a sauce on top!
