Baby Friendly Dense Bean Salad
Meal prep for busy parents wanting to make a healthy delicious meal for them and their babies to enjoy!
Babies love the Dense Bean Salads!!! I’ve gotten so many messages from moms that babies love these and they’re so convenient and easy to meal prep to save time. This recipe is relatively mild and made with ingredients I enjoyed as a child. It still packs in some greens and is something adults could enjoy as well! Because this recipe has avocado I wouldn’t recommend keeping it in the fridge for more than 3 days. The lemon juice and a sealed container will help preserve it though! I’ve made the macros available to founding members so you can opt-in if you want to see those. You’ll notice this recipe is pretty high in good fats which are amazing for little developing baby brains, but if you wanted to cut back you could reduce the olive oil to 1/4 cup and it’d be fine. It’s also packed with protein and is delicious! I hope you enjoy it.
